Options
We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, cash, local checks
& cashiers checks/money orders. Occasionally, we do extend 10 day
terms to retailers, but only upon approval.
Shipping
Information
- We
do not have a minimum order requirement.
- Free
Local Delivery is available for orders over $45.00
(includes Missoula and up to a 50 mile radius) via our delivery service.
All other orders will be shipped via UPS, USPS, or other available
carrier. Buyers will pay the shipping & handling fees as applicable
(except on local deliveries & large wholesale orders may qualify
for free shipping--please contact us for information). We can also
arrange for you to pick up your order. Please call us at 1-406-251-6200
to arrange for pick-up.
- We
strive to ship all paid orders within one business day. We ship via
our delivery trucks, UPS, USPS, & various trucking companies.

- Shipments
must be to United States delivery addresses only. UPS shipments can
not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Damaged
Shipment
Occasionally orders will be damaged in transit. If your
order is clearly damaged when you receive it, please have the delivery
driver record the damage and get a copy of the notation. This will help
us to recover the loss from the carrier.
Refunds
& Returns
We will replace the product if we've sent the wrong item
or if the item sent was damaged in shipping. Otherwise, we can only accept
returns on unopened product returned within 7 days of delivery receipt.
Product must have its original factory seal intact. Buyer will pay for
shipping and handling of all returns plus a 5% restocking fee. Sorry,
no refunds on original shipping costs. Please call us so we can help with
the return because returns must be approved by us, Blue Mountain Espresso
Services, Inc.

Delays Disclaimer:
Sorry, we do not give refunds for shipping delays caused
by events or incidents beyond our or our carrier's control. This would
include, but is not limited to, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters,
labor disputes & disruptions in transportation systems, unavailability
or refusal to accept packages and acts of war.
